“I’ve been training with Lou for a little over two months now after stumbling upon Thumbtack and couldn’t be happier with my decision on going forward with training with him. Starting off I’m by no means a fitness freak or an athlete, just wanted to get into better shape to improve doing the activities I enjoy such as hiking. After working with Lou for this short amount of time I’ve seen amazing gains in my endurance and strength, I’ve revisited locations that I’ve hiked and its crazy how much the training has assisted in my ability to carry more weight and trek longer distances.
